Lowe’s expands loyalty perks for contractors

Lowe’s is enhancing its professional customer experience by revamping its loyalty perks.

It’s working its MVPs Pro Rewards & Partnership Program into MyLowe’s Pro Rewards, a new and improved loyalty initiative designed specifically for small-to-mid-sized professionals.

The updated program allows Pros to earn rewards from their first dollar spent and offers exclusive benefits such as redeemable points, discounts, and business tools to help streamline operations.

Building upon the success of its MyLowe’s Rewards program for homeowners, Lowe’s is extending similar benefits to professional customers. The retailer said it’s making it easier for contractors, remodelers, and tradespeople to save money and time. With MyLowe’s Pro Rewards, members earn points on eligible purchases. Members can then redeem those points MyLowe’s Money, gift cards, exclusive products, and sports memorabilia.

“We’re focused on saving our Pros time and money in everything we do,” said Quonta Vance, Lowe’s executive vice president of Pro and Home Services. “This program is a testament to our commitment to providing the best value for professionals who choose Lowe’s first.”

Lowe’s is No. 11 in the Top 2000 Database. The Digital Commerce 360’s database ranks North America’s largest online retailers by their annual ecommerce sales. Lowe’s is in the Hardware & Home Improvement category.
