Schneider Electric has introduced Zeigo Hub, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.
Schneider Electric designed Zeigo Hub to help companies track and reduce supply chain emissions — particularly Scope 3 emissions. Scope 3 emissions are the indirect emissions that occur throughout a company’s value chain, including suppliers and product use. Scope 3 is considered the most difficult category of emissions to measure and manage due to its distributed and external nature.
Zeigo Hub is the first product from Schneider’s AI-native digital ecosystem, which it announced in May. It also represents the company’s broader shift toward embedding automation and real-time intelligence into enterprise sustainability efforts.
About Schneider Electric’s Zeigo Hub
The Zeigo Hub platform enables companies to centralize emissions data from multi-tier supplier networks through features such as automated supplier onboarding, dynamic dashboards, benchmarking tools, and guided data entry.
It also supports major global frameworks for climate and sustainability reporting, including:
- CDP (formerly Carbon Disclosure Project)
- CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, an EU regulation)
- TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures)
This integration helps streamline compliance and reporting across regions.
Unlike traditional carbon accounting tools, Zeigo Hub emphasizes two-way digital engagement. Corporate sponsors pay for supplier access, helping to reduce cost and technology barriers and improve adoption across fragmented supply bases.
A key differentiator is Zeigo Hub’s use of agentic artificial intelligence — autonomous AI agents that perform repetitive tasks such as data gathering and emissions reporting, while also scaling personalized engagement across thousands of suppliers. Users can also connect directly with pre-vetted solution providers to initiate decarbonization projects.
Zeigo Hub will integrate with Schneider Electric’s existing sustainability programs — Energize, Catalyze, and Materialize — which collectively support over 2,700 suppliers and more than 40 global brands.
By combining AI, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS delivery, Schneider Electric is positioning Zeigo Hub as a digital foundation for operationalizing supply chain decarbonization at scale.
