Synoligo Biotechnologies Inc. has launched a new ecommerce platform aimed at streamlining how researchers order custom oligonucleotides — short strands of synthetic DNA or RNA used in drug development, diagnostics, and genetic research.
The move comes as demand for high-quality, modified oligonucleotides continues to grow across the life sciences sector. Synoligo is a contract research and development organization (CRDO) based in Morrisville, North Carolina. It says firms like Integrated DNA Technologies and Eurofins Genomics have long dominated that market.
