Authentic Brands will begin using agentic artificial intelligence (AI) solutions from the vendor Seel to facilitate customers’ post-purchase needs.
The deal, which Seel announced March 4, will bring Seel’s Worry-Free Purchase experience to Authentic’s portfolio, which includes brands such as Reebok, Juicy Couture and Champion, among others.
Seel’s program addresses needs related to missing packages, claims and refunds.
Authentic Brands owns more online retail brands ranked in Digital Commerce 360’s Top 2000 Database than any other firm. The database ranks North America’s largest online retailers by their annual ecommerce sales and more. Currently, 10 Authentic-owned brands appear in the Top 1000, including Forever 21 (No. 109), Eddie Bauer (No. 151) and Reebok (No. 187).
How Authentic Brands will use Seel’s agentic platform
“Delivering an exceptional customer experience is our priority,” said Adam Kronengold, chief digital officer at Authentic, in a released statement. “Partnering with Seel allows us to enhance the journey beyond checkout and give our shoppers the confidence and peace of mind they expect from our portfolio of iconic brands.”
Seel’s Worry-Free Purchase program operates as part of its larger agentic platform, which automates claims, optimizes risk and otherwise provides options intended to improve ownership experiences for shoppers.
Specifically, Seel noted that Authentic will use the Worry-Free Purchase program for protection against delivery issues, including missing or stolen packages. Seel’s solution provides a one-click interface at checkout. In addition, it puts Seel in front of customers to manage claims, refunds and support. In the meantime, it will also support the customer service teams working for Authentic.

Seel sees its role as helping to strengthen customer satisfaction, boost customer loyalty, improve checkout conversions and improve customer experience more generally. In Authentic’s case, Seel also highlighted its infrastructure for supporting brands across multiple regions.
Post-purchase is just one area of ecommerce and associated activities to which agentic AI now extends. Agentic AI is characterized by use cases where large language models (LLMs) perform tasks proactively on behalf of users, making decisions, as is the case across multiple levels of agentic commerce operations.
