Edible Brands has debuted a new marketplace for gifts as Somia Farid Silber prepares for her second holiday season as CEO. The new extension of the Edible Arrangements ecommerce site brings in a curated assortment of third-party gifts through the gifting platform Goody.
By launching the new marketplace, Edible hopes to expand its reach online. Moreover, it will get to leverage new data to spot new trends and opportunities.
Edible Brands ranks No. 182 in the Top 2000 Database. The database is Digital Commerce 360’s ranking of the largest North American online retailers by their annual ecommerce sales. There, Digital Commerce 360 categorizes Edible Brands as a Flowers & Gifts retailer. Digital Commerce 360 projects Edible’s online sales in 2025 will reach $517.81 million.

What’s in the new Edible gifts marketplace?
The Edible Brands marketplace will bring new products to its customers, including offerings from brands such as Carbone, Ghia, Homesick and Candles, according to the Edible.
“Our new marketplace expands our offering, especially among customers in places without Edible storefronts,” said Silber. “By further expanding into non-perishables and modern fulfillment models, we’re removing the limitations of geography and inventory, while staying true to the emotional impact that defines our brand.”
The marketplace is made possible by an application programming interface (API) that Goody provides.
How Edible Brands is working with Goody
“We see this as a natural collision of purpose and capability,” said Katy Carrigan, CEO at Goody. “Edible has built trust with millions of households, and Goody has built a curated gift catalog and the backend to integrate into their marketplace at scale.”
As Goody gains access to Edible’s customers, Edible will be able to learn from the demand it sees and use that intelligence to inform its own product lines. The move represents a new test for Goody as it ventures into direct-to-consumer retail building on a business that has been driven by serving the corporate space.
In addition, Edible will be able to use third-party fulfillment for orders through the marketplace, limiting any additional strain on its existing physical stores and operations.
This marketplace rollout follows another 2025 launch from Edible Brands. The company set up a wellness-oriented, same-day-delivery marketplace for THC-infused products on the Edibles.com website. Since Silber took over as CEO at Edible in 2024, she has been focused on expansion opportunities.
“We’re always looking for ways to expand our product lineup and create memorable gifting moments beyond the traditional,” she told Digital Commerce 360 at the time.
