Microsoft Copilot will feature commerce-enabled results through a new experience featuring retailers such as Revolve and Steve Madden. The platform Curated for You announced it would provide the new options in response to queries through Microsoft’s artificial intelligence (AI)-powered assistant.
The collaboration will result in visual and shoppable recommendations in response to queries through Copilot. It will leverage details and context from users to refine product selections. Examples may include events and locations where a desired product would be used. Specifically, Curated for You suggested queries such as “What should I wear to a beach wedding?” or “Outfit ideas for Italy.”
How Copilot’s commerce experience with Curated for You works
“We’re helping consumers discover fashion the way they actually think — based on plans, moods, and moments — and bringing it to life inside a tool they already use every day,” said Katy Aucoin, CEO at Curated for You. “It’s not just shopping; it’s discovery that feels personal.”
The platform hopes to open up a new channel for retailers to reach online shoppers. The context from user input will inform the output in the Copilot experience, which Microsoft sees as an empathetic advantage over other discovery options.
“By infusing shopping with relevance and empathy, we’re turning Copilot into a style companion that understands your life,” said Jennifer Myers, principal product manager at Microsoft Shopping. “This partnership bridges lifestyle intent with real-time curation, helping users go from idea to outfit seamlessly.”
