Mirakl said it achieved full-year profitability in 2025, marking a financial milestone as recurring revenue and marketplace activity increased across its platform.
The Boston- and Paris-based commerce software provider reported annual recurring revenue of $218 million for the year, a 23% increase from 2024. Mirakl said marketplace and dropship activity processed through its platform totaled about $15 billion in gross merchandise value (GMV) in 2025, up 31% year over year. Elsewhere in its announcement, the company specified GMV of $14.6 billion.
Mirakl did not disclose net income, operating income or cash-flow figures.
2025 was a landmark year for Mirakl,” said Adrien Nussenbaum, co-founder and co-chief executive, in a statement. “We achieved profitability while reaching $218 million in ARR.”
Founded in 2012, Mirakl provides marketplace, dropship, retail media and multichannel commerce software to retailers and business-to-business companies. The company said its technology supports more than 450 marketplaces worldwide.
How the Mirakl marketplace grew revenue in 2025
Growth in newer products contributed to the results. Mirakl said Mirakl Connect generated $11.7 million in annual recurring revenue in less than a year. It launched the Mirakl Connect platform it launched in 2024 to help brands and sellers manage product listings and sales across multiple online marketplaces. The company said that product has close to 1,000 paying users. It also connects to a network of more than 100,000 marketplace sellers and brands.
Mirakl also reported sharp growth in Mirakl Ads, its retail media platform launched in 2023. Advertising spend across the platform reached $12.7 million in 2025, up 258% from the prior year, the company said. Mirakl Ads added 30 new clients during the year. It now supports close to 50 retailers, including Lowe’s and Ulta Beauty.
In its core marketplace and dropship software business, Mirakl said 45 global enterprises joined its customer base in 2025 by implementing marketplace, dropship, payments or catalog management solutions. Annual contract value bookings increased by 20% from the prior year, according to the company.
Mirakl said more than 35 customers exceeded $100 million in annual marketplace GMV during the year. It also reported that 36 enterprises launched new marketplace or dropship operations in 2025 using its technology. Those include Tesco, John Lewis & Partners, Bauhaus and Ulta Beauty.
The company said it continued to expand the use of artificial intelligence across its product suite, including tools designed to automate catalog management and seller onboarding. Mirakl said about 20% of its research and development spending in 2025 was allocated to AI-related initiatives.
Mirakl also highlighted the launch of Mirakl Nexus, a system it says is intended to support AI-driven purchasing and order management and referenced a partnership with Stripe announced in December 2025.
“Agentic commerce is the most significant transformation in digital buying since the rise of ecommerce itself,” co-founder and co-chief executive Philippe Corrot said in a statement.
