GigaCloud Technology Inc. has leased a new 617,000-square-foot fulfillment center in Jackson Township, New Jersey.
The lease bolsters its U.S. logistics network as demand for large-parcel ecommerce continues to expand. GigaCloud plans to begin operations at the facility in January 2026, the company said. It will be GigaCloud’s largest location in New Jersey and serves as a key addition to its growing network of cross-border fulfillment sites.
GigaCloud’s new fulfillment center
With the new lease, the El Monte, California-based company now counts 38 fulfillment locations totaling more than 11 million square feet across five countries. GigaCloud’s marketplace connects manufacturers, primarily in Asia, with resellers in the United States, Europe and Asia to facilitate furniture, appliances and other bulky goods shipments.
“The addition of this New Jersey facility further strengthens our fulfillment network and our capacity to support the growing volume of transactions across our marketplace,” founder and CEO Larry Wu said in a statement.
He said the company’s Supplier Fulfilled Retailing model depends on a footprint that can scale with customer demand.
Brookfield Properties vice president Kyle McGrady said GigaCloud’s large-parcel focus aligns with the company’s industrial strategy.
The expansion comes as logistics capacity and speed have become increasingly important differentiators for B2B platforms catering to oversized merchandise — a segment that has seen rising online adoption but remains operationally complex.
